French Cookery Demonstration: Savoury Tarts

A unique opportunity is being offered to Norfolk Cambridge Society members and their friends to learn how a top chef, Loïc Malfait, makes preparing a selection of superb savoury tarts extremely simple. They can then have the pleasure of eating them. Loïc is the former Academic Director of a world-famous French cookery school in London and has now moved to Beeston-next-Mileham in Norfolk.
With a maximum of 8 seats available, you’ll get an up-close and personal look at the techniques and ingredients that make his cuisine so extraordinary. Dishes on offer will be Quiche Lorraine, Vegetables Jalousie, Red Peppers and Tapenade Tart and Flammekueche. Recipes will be provided so that you can re-create them at home!
